STRIX

The launch of the new STRIX questionnaires began Tuesday evening. They will first be sent to banking institutions, then progressively to all other categories of obliged entities under article 1 of law n. 1,362 of 3 August 2009, as amended.

Resources in the form of tutorials and targeted documents will soon be available on the SICCFIN website to help you with the completion of your questionnaire.

From now on, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the new forms and to consult respectively the descriptions in the margin of the questions asked and the instruction manual which answers many questions (definitions, descriptions, types of expected answers).

In order to ensure the best possible experience in using this new tool, we invite you to write to us at: Questionnaire-annuel-siccfin@gouv.mc to inform us of any difficulties encountered or any questions that are not answered in the resources provided.

In the meantime, we remind you that for this first year of use, it is not compulsory to answer all the questions if you do not have the capacity to answer them. Nevertheless, incomplete answers will be automatically increased by an additional risk coefficient, which could artificially increase the overall residual risk level. We therefore invite you to use this option sparingly and to equip yourself with the necessary measuring tools in order to be able to answer the questionnaires accordingly.

SICCFIN must receive the completed forms by the 28 february march 2023 deadline. We therefore invite you to familiarize yourself with this new tool within a reasonable period of time.
